Plans for the Accessibility Project: Please look at the new plans for Accessibility Project which
are on display in Narthex. These revised plans have been pared down to only include
handicapped access and restrooms for Fellowship Hall. The next step will be informal
meetings on Sunday, April 11th after both the 8:30AM and 11AM services conducted by the
Church Governing boards. Feedback and suggestions from everyone will be welcomed and
encouraged at these meetings.

Paper and Soap Drive- Deadline extended because of snow- Mission and Stewardship
Committee is conducting a paper and soap drive for the Apollo Food Bank. Items needed are
those not covered by food stamps, which include but are not limited to: Paper products:
diapers, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, etc. All soap items: including shampoo,
bar soap, dish soap, detergent, tooth paste, mouth wash. Bring items to the Church and place
them in the Narthex anytime before March 14th. Please know how much these products are
needed and will be appreciated! Thank you!

Accessibility Project Planning Meeting is Tuesday, March 9th at 7PM. All Session, Deacon,
Trustees, and Budget and Finance people are encouraged to attend this important meeting.

March 28th Palm Sunday Luncheon- The Poke Run Deacon's would like to invite the
congregation to a Palm Sunday Luncheon immediately following the 11AM Worship Service on
Sunday, March 28th. This Luncheon will be to honor all new church members who have joined
since last Palm Sunday and the communicants who are joining this year. Please plan to attend
and enjoy good food and fellowship.
